Project overview: The client ran a successful one on one business coaching service for new agency owners. He was spending 10 or more hours every single week answering the exact same frequently asked questions from people who visited his website. Many people would send emails asking about his pricing, package options, and who his services were best for, and then never reply after he took the time to write a detailed answer. We first collected all of his most frequently asked questions from his email inbox and past booking inquiries.
