Agreement to terms
By accessing practicaltoolsexplained.com or purchasing any service from Practical Tools Explained (operated by Jeff Njoku, 5614 W Grand Pkwy S STE 102, PMB 1064, Richmond, TX 77406), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services.
Services offered
Practical Tools Explained provides website audits, AI conversation agent setup, server-side ad tracking infrastructure, and related consulting services for local service businesses. The specific deliverables and scope for any project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Scope and payments
All service engagements are fixed-scope unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due as outlined in the project agreement or at the time of purchase for fixed-fee products like the $97 Website and Workflow Checkup. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless a specific refund arrangement is agreed in writing prior to engagement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in intake forms and project briefs. You are responsible for providing access credentials and permissions necessary to complete the agreed scope. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from your side may extend the project timeline.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including guides, copy, and design, is the property of Practical Tools Explained. Work product created for your project becomes your property upon final payment. You may not resell or redistribute project deliverables without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Practical Tools Explained is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any service provided. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from any service. We build and configure the tools and infrastructure as agreed. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how you use the deliverables, your market, and your existing business operations.
Third-party tools and services
Some services involve third-party platforms including Twilio, Make.com, OpenAI, Stape.io, Meta, Google, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their pricing, features, or policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
