All services provided by Practical Tools Explained are custom digital works. As such, once work begins on your website or automation system, payments are non refundable. All scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon prior to project initiation, and invoices must be settled in accordance with the terms on your agreement before your site goes live or ownership is fully transferred.
Upon full payment of your final invoice, you own all rights to the custom website, store, or automated workflow we built for you. We retain the right to showcase your completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a strict non disclosure agreement has been signed beforehand.
Our automated systems rely heavily on third party software providers such as WordPress, Shopify, FluentCRM, Make, Zapier, and various AI models. Practical Tools Explained is not liable for any service outages, pricing changes, data breaches, or operational failures caused by these third party platforms.
We build powerful digital systems designed to improve conversions and automate tasks. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial returns, search engine rankings, or traffic volumes. Practical Tools Explained shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, websites, or automations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
